Welcome to the 2016 Holistic Moms Network Gathering, a unique, intimate event focused on community, for parents and others who are passionate about holistic health and green living. There will be inspiring speakers, workshops, holistic healing vendors, natural marketplace, clothing and household goods swap, and more!
About the Exhibit Areas
Holistic Healing Room
Holistic practitioners in a wide range of fields are invited to share their practices in our Holistic Healing Room. Each practitioner is asked to offer a mini-service, demonstration, or evaluation to allow attendees to enjoy healing and discover new modalities.
Retail vendors showcasing natural, organic, and sustainable products will join us in our natural marketplace to interact with attendees and offer products for sale and sampling.
Attendees are looking for variety at all ages and stages – baby through toddler, teens and into adulthood and for products and services for just getting started on a holistic path as well as for those more experienced in holistic living. They seek a range of healthcare and personal wellness activities (nutrition, personal care, sustainability, education, fun, spirituality, and more). Members prefer products they can purchase at the conference or online, not purchase later by visiting a store. Our exhibitors are invited to sample as well as to sell products at the event. Please advise if you plan to sample food or beverage items as they must be in accordance with local health codes.
There are a very limited number of tables available at this intimate event.
FAQs for Exhibitors
Fees: Exhibitor registration is $250.00. Your registration includes a 6’ x 24” tabletop and two chairs, with electricity, and WiFi at no additional cost. See below information for purchasing lunch. No more than two attendants will be permitted per table.
Exhibitor Placement: The Exhibit Areas will be located in the Annunciation Center at the College of Saint Elizabeth. Premier exhibitor space is reserved for our Sponsors. There will be a Holistic Healing Room for practitioners offering a service and a Natural Marketplace for exhibitors selling their goods. Registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Space is extremely limited. Registrations must be complete with payment to be processed and for space to be assigned. HMN reserves the right to make accommodations necessary to best serve all exhibitors. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or share any part of the space contracted.
Exhibit Area Hours:
Exhibitor registration and set-up: 8:30 am – 9:30 am.
Exhibit Area hours: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm. HMN makes no guarantee as to how many of the expected 100+ attendees will visit the Exhibit Area during the event. Breaks are built into the agenda throughout the day to maximize the opportunity for attendees to participate in the exhibit area. Exhibitors must be cleaned up and out of the Exhibit Hall by 5:30 pm.
Shipping and Storage:
Vendors may ship materials ahead of time to the event location. Items must arrive on Thursday, October 6th or Friday, October 7th to the following address:

All Shipments must include the Name of the Event “HMN Gathering”, the name of your company as registered with the conference, and the date of the event “10/8/16”.
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure that there is a tracking number associated with your package(s). This will ensure that your package(s) are easier to account for in case of any issues.
Exhibitors hold harmless the venue, its staff and management, for any boxes, cartons, packages or articles either lost or damaged.

Boxed lunches are available for purchase at $15 per person. Lunch options will include a Vegetarian and Gluten free option. Details will be provided to you at a later date.
Exhibitor Registration also includes:
Exhibit Area Map: A one line description (max 80 characters, including spaces) of each exhibitor will be printed in the Exhibit Area map given to all attendees. If you exceed the max characters we reserve the right to shorten and edit to fit the criteria.
HMN Gathering Website: Exhibitor company name, linked to your company website, will be listed on the HMN Gathering Website soon after registration is confirmed to ensure maximum visibility before the actual event.
Directions/Set-up: Unloading and set-up information will be provided to paid exhibitors at least one month prior to the gathering via the email provided upon registration.
Exhibitor Registration does NOT include:
Signs/banners/linens: HMN will not provide a sign or linens for your table. You may bring your own sign or banner which can be put on the table or be free-standing behind your table. Signs/banners may NOT be hung on the wall. You may also bring your own linens/tablecloth.
Access to the gathering Sessions: HMN cannot guarantee that there will be access to the gathering presentations. If the event is sold out, then HMN must restrict access to the speakers and sessions to paid attendees. If you wish to have guaranteed full access to the presentations, please complete and submit, with full payment, an attendee registration form along with your exhibitor contract.
Products, Services, Marketing Techniques
Marketing Techniques: The Holistic Moms Network requests that all products, services, and exhibitor marketing techniques be in line with the mission of the Holistic Moms Network and the goals of the HMN Gathering. For example, playing audio-visual equipment loudly, flashing lights, leaving your marketing materials in places other than your exhibit booth, or walking around the Area engaging attendees who are at other exhibitor tables will not be tolerated. HMN reserves the right to deny an exhibitor’s registration request if the exhibitor’s products or services are not compatible with HMN’s mission. HMN reserves the right to request exhibitors to remove items from their booths or to refrain from actions that are deemed inappropriate. If the request is not granted in a timely and dignified manner, HMN reserves the right to prohibit such items or actions from this and future events, as well as to remove the item and/or the exhibitor from the event. There will be an HMN monitor and point of contact throughout the gathering in case any issues arise. Inclusion in the Exhibit Area or Gathering Program, or lack of inclusion, does not imply endorsement, lack of endorsement, by the Holistic Moms Network.

Exhibitors may cancel and receive a refund of all fees paid, minus a $50 administrative fee, if written notification is received by the Holistic Moms Network no later than September 8, 2016. Cancellations received after September 8, 2016 will not be refunded, regardless of whether the space can be resold or otherwise used.
In no case shall the Holistic Moms Network, HMN Gathering, its officers or agents, be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury of any nature to any person or article. HMN management, while taking all precautions against loss, cannot guarantee against it. It is necessary for all vendors to carry their own theft and other essential insurance.
OTHER MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES
HMN Gathering Sponsorship
We have a variety of sponsorship opportunities available for the Natural Living Conference. Please review our options here. We can also customize to fit your needs as well.
Increase your visibility by letting attendees see how much you support HMN and the HMN Gathering. Various opportunities exist for 2016 HMN sponsorship. Each Sponsor will be recognized by appropriate signage and will receive a 20% discount on exhibit booths and ads in the Conference Program.

Gathering Attendee Bag
All attendees that purchase passes are guaranteed a gathering “attendee bag” that will be filled with holistic and natural living items. With sensitivity to the environment, HMN does not want to provide a bag full of paper. As such, brochures, business cards and information sheets will NOT be accepted. Appropriate items include sealed product samples, coupons for products, logo items, magnets, pens, and other giveaways. Items (150 of each) must be received at an address to be specified on designated days.
This address will also be specified on the Conference Opportunities Form. Items received before or after these dates will NOT be inserted and your attendee bag fee will not be returned. You may arrange for their return shipping to you at the expense of the exhibitor. Exhibitors who check ‘Attendee Bag Insertion’ and choose an option on the Conference Opportunities Form will receive a discount on the bag insert fee. Exhibitors may supply one item for $99.00. This fee is $125.00 for all others.
Online Auction Fundraiser
Our online Auction Fundraiser provides a unique opportunity to showcase your products or services and to introduce your business to the whole HMN community and other holistically-inspired online shoppers nationwide. Auction donors will be listed on the HMN website with a link to their company website. The 2016 Auction will run from October 30, 2016 – November 6, 2016 on eBay. Auction items will be listed with images and each listing will clearly identify its donor. Donations may be pledged online at http://www.holisticmoms.org/auction/ until October 21, 2016. All proceeds from the Auction go to Holistic Moms Network, a charitable, 501(c)(3) organization.
